When it comes to wanting amoled, it is not just a matter of 119 to 120. It is huge. You compromise on basically everything else that really matters when it comes to budget phones. Processor, faster chargings, etc. Just compare for example redmi 9s. That is one that interests me. That and realme 6. Now compare them with another amoled offering at that price point. You will see the difference. So I was interested to know why amoled matters so much? Is lcd that bad or what?

You'll just end up not buying any phone because all of them don't have this or that, or that the battery size is just 100mAh too small, or that you only get 119fps when you wanted 120, or that it's too expensive, or that it doesn't have the SOC that you want...

Asking for info as I am looking for a phone and all the affordable ones come with lcd while everyone around me wants me to go for amoled, which would mean compromising on othet important stuff which includes performance. (For reference affordable redmi with 720g and R6 with g90T but without amoled while other amoled around this price point have weaker processors along with many other compromises like faster charging 90hz displays etc etc
