Misleading title. Pre-orders are not depleted and the bundle has not been changed. This is the bundle for Spain and France. Different countries get different bundles. UK gets WH-1000Xm3. US gets WF-1000Xm3. In US, B&H, Focos, Adorama, Amazon and Best Buy still taking pre-orders.

Sony is all about quality. My cheap headphones and my Xperia Z3 work fine. But if you ask me I will go for Xiaomi Mi 10 instead of every phone available.

Would have considered this phone for the camera and AF tracking, but its not even released in Ireland yet and has been available in the UK for a few days and they have removed the €250 gift.....
I don't care if you wanted them or not, you could sell them if not and you have a very good pair of headphones that add value to your purchase.
Replacing this with a protective case is a joke....

In my opinion, Sony inflated the price this way to make up for the fast depreciation of their phones. Right now the Xperia 1 (mark I) is about 700~800$ in the US, so raising the price this much will make it cost about 1000$ in a year... thus keeping the high margins.
I would love to get this device since I am currently using the original XZ barely alive, but I will not pay over 900$ for this. I think I will wait for the Xperia 5 II and see if it lives up to this one.... I would gladly sacrifice the screen size and 4K display for a bit more battery, more compact and less expensive.

SuuperBaka, 08 Jun 2020Those are the best noise cancellation headphones on the market, nothing comes close to those. ... moreIf my WF-1000XM3 are the best ANC headphones in the world ... well, that is the sad world we live in.
I got them as a freebee but if I would have to buy I even with a 50% discount It would be a hard pass. Just imagine DT880 costs half of what WF-1000XM3 do - I know wireless and ANC "inflated tax".
BTW I really hope that case is worth it, because older case could sratch your Xperia 1/5! I had to make some DYI padding.

I don't know anyone who uses this, only GPS. Xperia 1 II has 5G, just Sub-6ghz. Xperia Pro with mmWave support won't cost that high now, c'mon.
Lol, your loss. I hope you'll come back for Xperia 1 III. Maybe it'll fix most of the problems with this great alternative flagship to Samsung and Huawei.

That Sony headset is almost phasing out. You pre-orderers got the last batch of these headphones. XM4 is about to be released soon.

Sony starts with a determinated quantity, if necessary they wil make more.
According to sales.
They are not going to make 1 million devices at once.
