Thus MIUI 12 shall anyway be with Android 10

Will the MIUI 12 Update come to redmi note 7 pro (india) after this android 10 update. Although, it is in the list of MIUI 12.rollout, and this news from Xiaomi is creating confusion. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
