Cheap cases generally have poorer finish, lesser production quality, lower quality materials, etc.. Hell, sometimes you can tell just by looking at the listing's images. That said, Apple's cases are damn expensive, more than I would pay.

-well, here in the Philippines is the remnants of summer because summer here si from late March to early June or late May. So it isnt always western summer, you have an international audience, GSMArena.

Gf, 09 Jun 2020And how do you know that?I've used original cases and know how long they last. For starters you get a one year apple warranty on the case. Thats when you know they are built to last much longer than that. It isn't hard to find deals on these cases for around $25. I've also used those $6 cases that last only 3 months. The math works in favor of apple.

Not a bad price for a case to keep a phone from being damaged. I had an iPhone 7 Plus(I miss you) with the Apple Slicion case and it kept not only my phone from being broken but protect it from fatal drops. I can't say the same for my current Note 9. Bought a $10 case and it did not protect it at all. The screen is cracked, which is new to me, but it still works so that's something

Personally I couldn't justify spending £45 on a silicone case in which if you remove the apple logo they sell for under £6 on eBay, and they're compatible with wireless charging

Too bad they do not offer the case in coastal grey, but I don't use iPhone anyways. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
