Anonymous, 11 Jun 2020*a full year's combined sales of 4 models vs individual models that have been on sale for 3 months.They are comparing numbers sold in 2019...Pixels 3A, 4 and 4XL against OP7/OP7 Pro/OP7T and OP7T Pro. All released from mid last year onward....Not that it particularly matters unless you work for either company!

This is subjective. Google traded a lot of Pixel 3a/XL. Pixel 4 was another sales failure, so... These numbers should not be compared to OnePlus numbers. It's aburd, out of logic, and the writer is just a Pixel fanboy.

Google should stay out of the smartphone market. It is a betrayal of the level playing field of the Open Handset Alliance. People should not fund Google phones, rather we should be finding a way to fork Android and kick Google's prying eyes the hell out.

Except in camera quality, software longevity, wireless charging and ip rating, Pixel phones are no way near OnePlus phones.
Let's take Google's best offering - Pixel 4 XL, and compare it to OnePlus' best - OnePlus 7T Pro. OnePlus has better build quality, design, display, performance, battery life, faster charging and an ultrawide camera.
Why get a flagship with an underclocked soc and bad build quality? Even Xiaomi and Oppo offer better quality & performance devices than Google at lower prices.
People prefer Pixels only based on the camera quality, nothing else. OnePlus is a much better option overall and with their latest complete flagship - 8 Pro, Google will need more than just "camera" to stand against the competition.
If having heating problem make sure brightness not max, sometime it android or other company software could mess it up. New phone have low chance but sometime it ‘s the screen faulty or opening too much app just because It have a lot ram doesn’t mean software up for the task.

Anonymous, 10 Jun 2020Pleased to amuse you. Enjoy the ads and bloatware.This thing with stock android was in the past, when all the Android manufacturers were having a lot of bloatware in their phones. Nowadays, phones from Samsung, OnePlus, Motorola or Huawei have good skins and minimum bloatware.
Is true, maybe Xiaomi or Realme have more bloatware, but even them have begin to shift away from this practice recently. I have the global version of the Redmi Note 8 Pro and I didn't see any ads. Also, I disabled some apps I wasn't using. The extra app animations I kind of like, and they are not too bad on the battery.
Stock Android is dull and boring. Had a Nokia 7 Plus with Android One at some point, very boring experience. Like IOS.

For the last few years, at least since the S8 series, Samsung Exynos chipsets were worst than their Snapdragon counterpart. But the price is the same, even bigger if you take in consideration the US-EUR parity.
So, for me and probably for most of the people who live outside US, Samsung has become bad example with their flagship line-up.
In this scenario, and also with the ban on Huawei phones, One Plus or Google flagship phones become a nice option. Unless, you want to jump ship to IOS, which I highly not recommend.
Also, I would not recommend Xiaomi or Realme phones in 800-900EUR price area. Not because I don't like them, I actually own a mid-range Xiaomi phone. But I think with that price tag (600EUR+) they are not worth it. Not yet at least.
