Boost mobile has screw with me for 10 years .at first it was good. My phone jumps from 3 different networks. It dicconnects. Is so slow it cant look up anything one they internet. Load times out. I pay for unlimited talk text an data. Well that's a lie. They slow my data down to nothing .but yet I pay for unlimited. Unlimited if im not mistaken is dont and..endless.. So they are stealing my money. Customer care is a joke. Boost Mobil is they worst .. They day I used my data in 3 or 4 days. I call that if they give it back at the being of my cycle. I call they want TO SELL ME SOMETHING I SHOULD ALREADY HAVE.
WTF IS THIS. Boost mobile you SUCK.
Anonymous, 12 Jun 2020At&t should buy boost it be better Not for me ATT has zero coverage in my town. Tbh Sprint was only one who had coverage in my area so unless we keep access to sprints old servers I'm royally screwed and i can't afford anything higher cost as i live on fixed income

Im on disability and need fast strong reliable coverage in area that tbh only sprint had coverage in (ATT and Berizon are useless here too and DISH isn't gonna get in here as Sprint had to build onto federal reservation land just to get in the town tower. I needed this coverage level i depend on as I live on tech. And price as I litterally can't afford any higher than my grandfathered in unlimited w/ shrinkage (which I doubt DISH will continue to honor grandfathered plans like mine)
Ive had boost for 7 years now, never had an issue until this "merge" they dropped the 3g to 2g when over used, which means you cant even open a card game thats online, no online texting, no looking things up for help, no maps for the job that forces you to move around. Nothing. Some how i went through 35Gig in 8 days???? This NEVER happened before. I ALWAYS make it last. WTF did they do to boost?! And i cant even switch because my phone is locked till February and no one is at the office EVER to unlock it for me. Screw boost, i paid 300$ for a phone thats now completely USELESS.
This feels like a far cry from 35 gigs,my new cycle started 8 days ago and they're talking about I've gone through 80% of my data then Internet gets shut down like cable when you don't pay it on time, are these greedy business folks on crack?this should be illegal for crying out...
The company reps are running it into the ground on purpose to drive customers away.
I migrated from Virgin to Boost. I haven't had a problem and I am happy with Boost's pricing and coverage.
I have used Booth for about five years. It is a struggle to get a signal in certain areas, especially in buildings. Others cell service seems to be fine except mine. I hope Boost takes the weak coverage into consideration and lowers the price of the Unlimited plan. It is becoming less a good deal with the new plans from Vison, and other plans that are $25 to $40 now on the Verison network. Which seems to own every tower and I get a message from Verizon whenever I lose service. I hope 4G speeds up soon if 5G is going to be so fast now. It just doesn't make sense to have a telephone that doesn't work as well as another telephone. I don't believe landlines have ever done this.
I have used boost for over 15 years. Never had issue. Very simple, and easy to use. I am worried about someone else buying the company and screwing it up. Sprint did a fair job, but things could get worse. Just keep this simple company alone, let it run or make it better.
Need help, ask.
Qwericus, 11 Jun 2020AT&T might get it but this company is laden with millstones of very heavy debt. But regar... moreThe point of Dish was to create a fourth carrier. So I don't believe it will be so simple for att or verizon to purchase boost because that will not create a fourth carrier. it baffles me that for 4 carriers to go to 3 carriers, you have to create a 4th carrier in the process. Should have just stuck with the 4 carriers instead of all of these shenanigans.
The approval of this deal was contingent on Dish purchasing Boost. This satisfied the feds because they believed that Dish had the resources to build Boost into the major 4th carrier. They should have waited until Boost was already sold and verified to be a major 4th carrier to be certain. This is the precise scenario the feds were trying to avoid yet here we are. This is a big deal and there is "Zero" accountability. There is still time to get this done but time is ticking. Regardless of the outcome, this merger has smelt rotten from the beginning but only time will tell.
I am a customer with Boost I am very unsatisfied with a service with boost it suck if we go with AT&T there rip off like dish in Verizon they're all a ripper off and it sad
What about Samsung J7 Perks,is this also part of the changes,I am a boost card pay as you go,customer? Please let me know if and when this takes place.thanks
I'm a Boost Mobile customer who was very skeptical of the merger to begin with, and it looks like I had every reason to be. Makan Delharim dropped the ball apparently; the Devil is always in the details! If this holdup is about the purchase price, then Ergen should be compelled to comply. If it's about provisioning Boost customers on T-Mobile's GSM network as opposed to trying to keeping them on an obviously dying CDMA network, then shame on T-Mobile!
Personally, it was my choice to switch from T-Mobile to Boost going on three years ago because T-Mobile's GSM signal sucked! I doubt it has gotten any better--which is another reason why I've been skeptical of a bunch of promises of a better network--so I am probably screwed either way (*Sigh*). I'm likely headed toward Cricket, or Visible Wireless if they ever get a true family plan.
AT&T might get it but this company is laden with millstones of very heavy debt. But regardless of who gets Boost Mobile its customers will get shafted, and in the end Boost will be nonexistent.
I mean... what did T-Mobile expect? Lol. Maybe they can look at Spectrum. They already use Verizon's legacy CDMA network.
