The realme C3 just got destroyed by this. The screen alone on this is full hd, which the C3 wished it had. Just ordered my redmi 9 yesterday.

Never buy a phone with the G8x. Opt for the G9x instead as that chip supports UFS storage.

That's why Redmi and Realme are fighting to price their budget phones as low as possible here. Kids in Malaysia loves to play Pubg, Mobile Legends and Call Of Duty. They often go for a cheap yet powerful phone to handle those games.

tbh its a cheap phone with good spec. My only complain that the size is too big, i love the small size factor of my old redmi 3s. The chip also much more capable than Samsung A51 which costs almost 3X more here in malaysia

In Malaysia, it's really hard to recommend anything other than the Redmi series in below-RM500 ($125) range just for its value alone. It's the below-RM1,000 ($250) range where it gets competitive with all the Redmi Notes, Realmes, Huaweis fighting each other
