Like Guess or Emporio Armani or Apple made in china but sold for many times over the manufacturing price,
This will be the same. They save on manufacturing costs lots of money but the whole device will be sold for same money as if dispaly would be samsung made.

Samsung phones are manufactured in Vietnam, India, South Korea, Brazil and Indonesia. In 2019, Samsung has shutdown all it's factories in China. Components are being manufactured in Vietnam, South Korea, Brazil. Hope this helps.
