My google search doesn't work since the outage but works on my laptop...
I was broke down on the side of the road and could not use my phone so I was in a bad situation and I feel we should get some refund or money knocked off our bill I am a caregiver and I couldn't even reach anyone for help thank God the mail carrier stop to help me and my work could not call me for any job because my phone didn't work this is not good something should be done

My husband and i have been going thru this for a few weeks in dayton ohio..weve called metro at least 8 times we're not able to use our service but our hotspot is still racking up and our data we tried to get a little bit knocked off of our bill last month and absolutely not but other people walk in behind us and demand they get a free month and it's okay they get a free month last week my husband went to the store and the guy was supposed to add 10 extra gigabytes of hotspot to each one of our phones and he lied and didn't do it we live out in the middle of nowhere in a camper and my dad has stage 4 cancer and it's in and out of hospice he could pass any day and I can't even use my phone half the time but you can bet your ass come 31st they're going to demand their $90 I'm so close to switching service yeah Verizon AT&T may have had problems too I've had Metro for 5 years now and have had nothing but problems so I think now's a good time to switch
I upgraded my plan 4 days after I paid my bill. They charged me $12. My phone is still not working correctly but I guarantee they'll still charge me the full amount even though I cant use my phone.

I think it's a bunch of crap that they're shutting the network down to make it all by 5G phones I have to switch our service to 5G Network that's why they shut the service down
My metro customers should get a one day credit next month since we prepaid for service and you broke that commitment.
Yeah I was home alone I'm 37 weeks pregnant and couldn't call anyone if I went into labor ! I better be credited!!!
my cell was out for 6 hours and its still intermittent today t mobile/ metro needs to credit all customers affected next month. and their customer service sucks could not reach anybody at metro via landline or email yesterday and not message about what they had screwed up..I lost a lot of money Because of their lousy cell service!! i guess ya get what you pay for try to save$$ and it bites you in the explitive
