You know you guys charges out the ying-yang and then we can't even to get an explanation as to why we don't have service we can't contact anybody I can call my family I can't call my girls my girls can't call me there's something seriously wrong with you people this is wrong there should be some kind of message sent to us something to let us know what is going on and why we don't have service and give us an estimated time of service because you know what there's people that are in emergency situations right now they can't even call 911

Work at a Mechanic Shop customers can't call to see if Car's is finished. Can't call Customers. This is some really B/S.

Its ridiculous we are in south Sacramento and my whole.family has tmobile and cant even make calls or receive calls from important people I hope we get a discount on our monthly payment and next time a little heads up would be nice.
