Im in Ontario California I was cut off from a call to my Dr. At 12:05 pm. I cannot call anyone. Still no phone service. I rely on the phone to make my food deliveries. Not Good. Missed work today.

Ppl need their phones to conduct business. I can't communicate with my family. My mom is old and need to be able to contact me or me her. You all better reduce our bill to make up for this. This is ridiculous!!!! How in the world did this happen? Did someone hack in or what? This put all your customers safety at risk. If this happened ppl will look for better service and you may loose some businesses. You guys should've tried to send something out to your customers about this somehow.

No in coming or out going call's in Kansas, totally irritated, they could've put a warning out before we all was out of service, poor way of doing business but y'all sure wants your money, wont even give people a brake on the Bill's during the coronavirus pandemic, metro PC, rides on the back of T-Mobile.
