Man this is beyond ridiculous what is taking so long to fix the problem every customer deserves a free month of service for this inconvenience this isn't fair to no customer especially those whose only calling source is their cellphone service this is ludicrous like seriously we can get on wifi or social media but can't make or receive calls get this crap fixed already

All bad. I have Metro and cant make nor receive any calls and Im expecting a important call that I can not miss. I hope and pray the issue will be fixed asap and I don't miss my call.

T-Mobile has been crap pretty much since the COVID-19 lockdown. Slow or no internet, dropped calls and hot spot not connecting. Forget about trying to get through to customer service for any issues. I'm on call 24/7 for elderly patients. About ready to pack it up and switch carriers.

Still no service here in Ft. Lauderdale, FL It is now 8:50 pm. was able to google metro help on my phone to report it but at the end they said they were going to charge me $5.00 to send it to tech support and then charge me 45 a month ! WTH I shut it down fast ! !!! Not paying more than I already do.

I have it been experiencing on able to make phone calls connect to the Internet Wi-Fi service disruption. Cents 10 o'clock this morning I am in central Florida space coast And I find it very unacceptable and feel that there needs to be some Contribution we are still dealing with a Corona virus outbreak M with people not being able enough to get in contact with their family members that may have to make long drives back-and-forth to work makes it extremely hard And difficult even to sleep at night Our house have already been said to be a lifeline for our families

This is Broward County there is no service at all Since early this Morning. No incoming or out going Calls. No Service Period. this is very frustrating and unprofessional. I need my Service ASAP. or I just need to find another Cell phone company.

I think this is ridiculous not fair to your customers I'm a paying customers on time every months like so many others you're suppose be one of the best company this is no way how to treat your customers its 8:30pm n still no service this is the only cell phone in the house n my familys is worrying sick that they can reach me very disappointing

Are we going to be compensated for inconvenience I think I June bill should be taking care of by T-Mobile / Metro for the inconvenience oh whatever is going on
