Central Valley of California service is down.. It's hit n miss on messages coming threw and/or going out. Hope this isn't due to the update I did on my phone this morning. My phone bill is also going to be due in a few days and I hope I can pay it with the service problem I am scared, I cant have my phone service interrupted for long! This is horrible!

For such a large company this has been hours - seems like all other carriers are up and working maybe its time to try someone else if you can't keep things working

I am a home health aid and this does not look good on me because of ur stinking service doesnt work. My phone has been like this on and off for 2 months. I guess its time to change my phone company.

I can make outgoing calls. But cannot receive incoming calls! I can send text. When is going to get fixed?

Here in Boston Massachusetts and unable to make or receive calls . Cant text and emergency services will not 911 will not go through either. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately.

Unbelievable for a major network to be down for this long. With all the technology that we have. Fire the ones responsible for this lengthy delay. I'm abandoning this ship asap!

You have no redundancy on your network?? That's. Pathetic....no backup servers.. your entire network is basically on one switch that failed? So your customer are screwed and your not giving a credit.. what if some body needed 911? Your entire staff should feel smashed... It's not a local outage it's entire country..
