Here in ATL almost 5 hours without service thank goodness for wifi I am able to use whats app and facetime

This is ridiculous as to what is going on. I haven't had service here in Ga since around 12:45pm. It is 7:11 and I still can't call or receive phone calls. This is ridiculous, hopefully this will get fixed shortly. I am sick of this situation. They need to give us all discounts. Was the company hacked? Does anyone knows.
