I have a family member that had a heart attack.My family tried over 17 phone calls plus texting to reach me. Finally they contacted me via Duo to let me know he has been admitted to the hospital.

Out in Sacramento 1 out of 10 texts gets thru 1 out of 20 calls??? Can't contact anyone just get hung up on... Was glitchy earlier but now totally useless

NYC (6:33pm) still no strong signal or phone callas I can’t receive or make calls and accessing anything like social media and stuff like that isn’t working takes about 15 minutes because of the 1 bar
