i need my phone to work because my grandmother is in a nursing home we need to keep in touch with her and there we can't I'm so mad at the phones are not working

We can not receive calls on our Metro T Mobile phones here in Brick Township, NJ. Tried to call Metro on 800 and 611 numbers and all we get is a recorded message that they can't answer due to technical difficulties.

This is crazy I can't call or text nothing getting thru at all. I wish they had some kind of consideration and at least send a message saying when the issue will be fixed. This company is quick to turn service off if you don't pay your bill on time why can't they at least send out a message that they are having problems and when they think it will be fixed.

It has gone down for us in the DFW Texas Area from 1 pm and still ongoing. Texts work i guess some but calling or receiving calls not working. And WiFi calling has never worked for me regardless. I couldnt get a hold of the medical driver to take me and my disabled son home from his doctor! Had to wait for hours in the Texas sun
