When it will be available in Australia?
When to expect this a71 5G in Malaysia
but a71 already comes with the 730 variant,at least in europe
SNA1970, 16 Jun 2020Expensive and stop milking us for 5G ! we will NOT buy it until the 5G prices come downReal man talk 👌
Lmfao the greedy Samsung sales people a midrange phone with plastic back and plastic frame , average cameras I am sure it is the gw1 hahahahaha average garbage exynos 980 even the S10 exynos version lag a lot on hdr ultra , the optimization of battery in Samsung is not good and for the price of the OnePlus 7t
Plastic toy hahahahah
Better get the iPhone 12 flagship for the same price much better even iPhone 11 has much better cameras than this plastic phone "premium" hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahah
OK, this might be the phone to replace my V30S. Sure, it's not a huge upgrade, but hopefully 5G and a better camera array would make it worth the moderate expense. And then there's the hope that Sammy/T-Mobile will keep the OS and security patches coming regularly unlike LG.
Lee Byung-chul, 16 Jun 2020Lol........At $599 we get Snapdragon 865. For Snapdragon 765 price should be $250Ulol

Anonymous, 16 Jun 2020Sadly outside of US they get a Crapynos variant.Actually, this time around exynos 980 is better than 765G, it's because it uses the same a77 as 865 rather than 765G that use a76 like 855
Can Samsung A71 5G US-unlocked version work in African Countries?
I'd like to understand one thing, and I hope someone helps me understand, why do we need 5G mid-range devices, 5G is still not worth the cost yet, and those who want a "future proof" device would need to get a flagship, there is nothing "future proof" about the mid-range performance of the 765G, the GW1 sensor or that cheap plastic that would scratch even when under a cover.
The only one I see is benefiting from this are Qualcomm, instead of making powerful 4G mid-range soc that could be a real upgrade to the 730G, they make 5G modems mandatory with their newer chip sets, because it's simply more profitable.
Sadly outside of US they get a Crapynos variant.
Anonymous, 16 Jun 2020But not midrange camera. The camera experience here is no where near worth 599 bucks.. or 399 bucks.I don't really care about cameras very much.
TheAndroidFreak, 16 Jun 2020Better you should get Pixel 5 XL at that pricing. Or even LG Velvet. Camera would be far better. I care about performance and screen quality far more than cameras. So the LG Velvet is out.
I also care about having a 3.5mm headphone jack and a good battery life. So the Google Pixel is out.
ishreal, 16 Jun 2020You're better off getting an S10+ or looking for a good deal on a Note 10+, unless you really ... moreI strongly agree. It's better to get 4G flagship of last year with snapdragon 855/855+ will be fine. One Plus 7 Pro and One Plus 7T is fine option. ZTE Axon flagships are also quiet good ones.
Crackling Doom, 16 Jun 2020All that for $599 is actually a pretty good deal. Better you should get Pixel 5 XL at that pricing. Or even LG Velvet. Camera would be far better.

Usually you pay top dollar for their phones and this one offers the premium midranger chipset. Different geographical areas have different prices. Where I live, it's a good price.

We've got the absolute worst in terms of both outright and on contract prices. A phone like that for $599 here would be an absolute miracle.
