It’s very big issue, 76% of these sales came from China and let’s not forget that most Huawei phones still have google services. Q1 90% of Huawei over $400 phones came from China. More time goes the lower Huawei sales going to be because they release more HMS phones which only few will buy outside China.

I think there are many comments here from people on Huawei or ccp payrolls. GMS is not something you can get around with outside commnst china. GMS is essential, It’s the reason for Android’s existence. Using Huawei onwards p30 is like giving away your userdata to many third parties and buying brick phone. Google is more trustworthy than ccp plus other apk sources or third party apps sources. Better buy standalone camera and some other android if one wants a good camera. If P40 pro costs 300-400€ then were talking.

I can see alot of Huawei staffs with comments here to talk us into using it... As good as it is, i wont sacrifice GMS for the slightly better camera. Build quality is really good, i had the mate10 and now the p30 pro which i consider their final phone.

Huawei is pretty much screwed regardless of the lockdowns or not since the are banned by the US. Huawei is at a bigger disadvantage compared to Samsung. China did not ban Samsung from selling their phones over there.
So if China came out of lockdown earlier then why Samsung didn't take advantage of that?

I pay extra 150€ to get P40 pro. I get better 🔋 life, bigger camera wholes,worst display refresh rate. Camera wasn't better than Samsung's.It was very hard to set Google services but works fine. I change again for Samsung S20 plus but this time Snapdragon 865 5G. More RAM,better display120Hz,better 🔋 life, whole phone is definitely better than P40 pro.
