Ordered one from CN. esim did not work in europe. And returned it. Turned out it is on sold ONLY and China for 3 months now and counting.
Bought apple watch series 4 + Iphone 6 total 360 USD (same as the oppo) - will stick the iphone at home at wifi and use the apple watch with its esim function to get all notif. I do not send or recieve any sms or imessage so don't care for this problem (I won't recieve or send sms with apple watch in this case).

Android phone in my pocket. Apple watch on my wrist. Best of both World.

This is the same story in almost every developing nations.

Sadly, the Snapdragon 2500 Wear mobile platform is already TWO generations out of date. The current one being 3100 and they probably got the really OLD chipset cheap so they can make greater margins on selling old tech into a snazzy watch design but functionality will be impaired compared to peers.
