Nevermind US and Canada, where the UK and Euro OTA update?
As for this being the last Android update, I couldn't care less about Android 11 or 12. Google just keeping fiddling with the UI and making it more geeky (gesture support? Ugh) so 9 and 10 are both plenty good enough.
