Uesera, 29 Jun 2020Qualcomm's crazy ! Samsung and AMD please hurry up and bring a good Exynos and please beat Q... moreHonestly, i think Samsung will just match the price of 875 or if it's a lot better, price it higher. Only way prices of CPU will drop is Qualcomm can't catch up for a few years and will have to sell it cheap but then it won't be for few years later.

Spanky, 29 Jun 2020My biggest interest is if it will have the 5G modem built-in. Also, I expect ~900K in AnTuT... moreIf we take Samsung as standard then we can assume that it's not gonna cross 700k

865 is already $80 more than 855 which cause most phone prices to go up by $150-200. Another $80 increase on 875 would means 875 phones will be $300-400 more expensive than 855 phones

That's what happens when there is no competition in a specific industry.

How about "Heat Suppress feature" like Sony did with the mark II, unlimited power source and less heat obviously what every gaming phone needs.

EDIT: and prolog battery life span by a lot.

I hope SD875 can output 144 frames per second on all games so the 90hz - 144hz will be really useful.

Affordable flagships are probably going to be rare next year.

$130 alone for cpu,,, man we need Exynos+RDNA SoC ASAP.
pricing have to be competitive on SoC as well.

If it doesn't beat Apple's A-series chip, price is not justified at $250

We need mediatek to pull a Ryzen move and create competition. Qualcomm is running a monopoly

100W charging? So 50% degradation in battery capacity after 1 year of use? Nice.

The 875 actually will be using A78 ARM architectured cores... Possibly the X1 Custom core...

Anyway... That SoC will fit very comfortably in my gaming next gaming phone... Would definitely like the 865+ inbetween...

                              3.1ghz... Very very nice...

It's not so much whether the chipset supports 100W charging as whether the battery does

Reportedly the 875 5nm(+) will have 5G integrated modem. Reportedly the X60 5nm varient.

Personally I would rather have a Qualcomm or mediatek SoC any day.... Over an apple A-series SoC.
