As it was promised to... moreI have seen an update schedule from xiaomi and it says that it would receive android 10 with miui 12. But i think that would be at the end of the year, and it would be the last update the note 5 ai receive. Don't expect further updates

Redmi note 5 ai dual cam would be nice if that would get android 10 too. As it was promised to be in project treble 2 android updates. It did come out as android 8.1 and went for android 9. CPU SD636 should be still newer cpu then this redmi 8 SD439 so there should not be any problem. For 2 major updates as promised i dont actually care that note 5 pro as India version come out with android 8.0 then got 8.1 and then 9.0 as 2 major updates. Global version was out of the box with 8.1
