MI tvs are not worth to talk about, they are basically scrap thrown by those Chinese people for our insane people to buy and flaunt the size of tv.
These tvs don't have a guaranteed performance feature and you can blindly throw it in the gutter when it comes to service.
Good luck for people investing in this dirt.
RealLifePhones, 04 Jul 2020Why does Xiaomi always has to use extremely underpowered chipsets for their AndroidTV devices?... moreMy question exactly, their TV chips are seriously underpowered and lag after few months of use. I have a xiaomi TV box that has the same chipset found in most of their TVs. I personally hate dated tech still used in premium products. One more feature that's still being overlooked in TVs is WiFi 6 which i think is a must in a world of intensive online streaming

Anonymous, 04 Jul 2020What does an equivalent Sony, LG or Samsung TV Cost? That price screams Bestseller! LG C9 65 is around 1700$ and similar sony 50-60$ more. This one is not at all worth for the price considering that mediocre chipset for the price point and non-existent warranty support outside Asia.
Add import fees and transportation, consider complete lack of any type of warranty (do you REALLY want to ship it back to China at your own expense? Try to figure out a way to export and re-import it so you only pay for shipping thrice and don't pay import fees twice) and you'll see LG OLED is cheaper when purchased locally (with a warranty and possibly free shipping).
This is very impressive. I can see some pc gamers using this as a gaming monitor in the lounge room.

And cooling can be managed better compared to TVs.
