How do you fold this phone and drop it without the screen lying on a surface? I'm asking because I can see that when it is folded, you have screen on both sides.
Anonymous, 07 Jul 2020China has more phone brands competing in their market than the US. China telcos use Nokia and... moreNope. CCP bans all applications that they can’t control like google and facebook. They sensor all information sources to their liking and propaganda. Information should be free for their citizens. Sadly that is their form of government and business model. CCP hinders competition and growth at home but cries when it comes back to them. Like in UK, they threaten UK’s parliamentary. Unbelievable. Please don’t defend their goverment’s business practices. Im OK with Huawei without CCP.
Laptop maniac, 06 Jul 202013 years ago, the world got excited when we turned a 12" laptop into a 4" little gad... moreSimple answer. You cannot put a 15-inch laptop in your jacket pocket, or bring it to your dinner date. Same for your tab, except you can still bring it to your dinner date if you want to show that you are a geek, not that it would win you any points.
I f***ing love my Mate XS and since installing the Google play store and services it's made it even better, much better than the Galaxy Fold which I sold after a couple of weeks.
sandro, 07 Jul 2020If this is true and you are a scientist as you claim then this is a catastrophe. I honestly do... moreYou haven't provided any scientific argument AT ALL to dispute my claim. I gave a robust argument based on physical laws that I have learned in high school. Not even college, not even graduate school, not even post doctoral studies, not even a decade of research. It is basic physics.
Not only that, I suggested an easily verifiable experiment that would easily prove my point.
Have you tried it?
Your best argument is that it didn't "make sense" to you.
Bro. Do you want me to flash my Ph.D. diploma to you? You sound like a person who doesn't believe evidence, just authority.
Foldables are useless, although I will probably end up buying the Samsung Fold 2, just because I'm really curious to see how it works and what it's like to use one on a daily basis. However, how often do you really need a mini-tablet when you're out of the house? I would think never. A premium smartphone + a full tablet is a much smarter buy. Let's see where this market ends up going.
Anonymous, 07 Jul 2020This is why I'm a PhD scientist and you are a nobody - what makes sense to you doesn'... moreIf this is true and you are a scientist as you claim then this is a catastrophe. I honestly doubt that any respectable university will endow you with a PhD title with such flawed knowledge base. Go read a book in Mechanics 101 before boring everyone around with wrong information.
Laptop maniac, 06 Jul 202013 years ago, the world got excited when we turned a 12" laptop into a 4" little gad... moreI would like to see you carry a laptop in your pocket and use it as a daily driver, make calls and take photos with your laptop.
You can talk all kind of bs but Huawei is number one now .It's simple the best...all bs about security drama but when Google fb and everybody else do that that's ok
C'mon be real
When Apple will do a folding iPad it will be a wow.
But if it is from Android everybody are...
What the f!
AdamBoy64, 06 Jul 2020Seems to be a lot of people upset or angry in the comments... I don't understand why though?Because everyone could whine about everything expensive.
sandro, 06 Jul 2020Since you would like to bore everyone around with your flawed logic let me point two things in... moreThis is why I'm a PhD scientist and you are a nobody - what makes sense to you doesn't correspond to actual reality.
Anonymous, 06 Jul 2020Nope.
Foldable tablet is "foldlet." Nope.
Tablet + foldable = Table
AdamBoy64, 06 Jul 2020Seems to be a lot of people upset or angry in the comments... I don't understand why though?Looks about normal to me. Maybe it's just you.
Phny, 06 Jul 2020Unfortunately huawei came to prominence because of CCP funding. So politics will always be bro... moreChina has more phone brands competing in their market than the US. China telcos use Nokia and Ericsson 5G equipment. Competition is alive and well in China. Only the uninformed and brainwashed don't know that.
Seems to be a lot of people upset or angry in the comments... I don't understand why though?
13 years ago, the world got excited when we turned a 12" laptop into a 4" little gadget.
Now, the world got excited again, when we turned a 5-inch little gadget into a 8-inch device, forgetting that we still have a much powerful and more affordable 15" laptop.
