Most people edit videos on a PC or laptop not on cellphones.
Besides your argument is flawed since a few milliseconds is the difference between budget phones and flagships when it comes to opening apps.
Technick is just one Youtuber.
There are plenty of other people who arrived to the same conclusion. And all these guys consider it a tie if the difference is too small.

Do you want to open your calculator and calendar 50ms faster or a heavy game 2 seconds faster? Or your videos render faster? What matters to you in "real life"? Technicks speedtest is the stopidest shet i have seen, the guy waits for the slower phone to catch up and then opens the next app on both. And the tard even gives equal points to 50ms and 2 seconds difference app openings. Do you do that in your "real life"? Does the time not matter to you?

And because is possible i would like to see it.
I saw many notebooks some of them was really small small enough to not have a DVD-rom unit smaller than typical apple tablet so it can be possible.
Maybe they generate more heat but PC runs more complex games than a phone.
I.E. for typical PC a phone games would be like if irun Commodore 64 or atari games on latest Legion laptop or predator laptop. So it will have basically no output for energy memory andgraphic card consumption.
Thus to what i am thinking. Feel free to correct me if i am wrong in here.

S10 is used on vacations or when I need some kind of waterproofing.
Could never go back to 60hz after tasting smooth 120hz display.
The ROG 2 is a head turner as well as a conversation starter.
