They share the same R&D and fast charging tech rebranded by new names like flash charge, dash charge, vooc, etc.

Camera features are Samsung. X50 Pro mimicks the S20 Ultra.
Xiaomi may have also copied but at least they have done better than Vivo in many cases. Vivo has little innovation.
Many of their budget/midrange offerings (Z1 Pro, S1 Pro, Y91c, V19, etc.) are just recycled.
