The facts are these: Over the years, GCHQ has investigated Huawei and has repeatedly asked for reassurances on security issues they identified. GCHQ was never 100% happy with the responses given. So yes, the line in the sand has been drawn, albeit due to politics but Huawei are not the innocent victims they’re made out to be.
