Android.Master, 23 Jul 2020Maybe look up a video on YouTube on how to get rid of Ads. It's simply about turning off... moreHey Android Master. I think i know Kirin's efficiency recipe. Maybe It's because of the new "Dynamic Latency Manager" (beside GPU Turbo), which works like MediaTek's Resource Management Engine inside EMUI 10. I could only imagine, what if Huawei use MediaTek's Flagship after Mate 40? One of the cleanest performance..

MANOHAR, 23 Jul 2020poco lo that $hit comes with miui with semi nude content in user interface.Maybe look up a video on YouTube on how to get rid of Ads.
It's simply about turning off recommendations in most cases.
Besides, if you are getting nude ads, we all know what you must be surfing since they are based on your activity.

With minimum to no competition in the business, Qualcomm is getting costlier with peaks in the graph.

I hope Intel, nVidia and AMD are listening.

AnonD-754814, 17 Jul 2020Based on the opinion of an ignorant guy. Who gives reference of video which has 500 views. I checked out that video, Kirin was indeed more efficient in gaming.

What's the number of views got to do with the results?
The guy running the channel buys phones with his own money and does honest unbiased testing.
You can't say the same about Big Youtubers like mkbhd, Mr whosetheboss won't give detailed tests like these.

Mkbhd has idea about phones released only in the US, a very small number. While Mr. Whosetheboss keeps shilling for a different company according to launch dates. He was kissing Samsung's @ss before launch of S20 series, kissing Huawei's @ss before the P40 series and now is suddenly having an iOS Awakening before the next iPhone release.

The other day, you were refusing to admit Poco F2 pro winning speed tests constantly in the face of evidence by multiple Youtubers in favor of unreliable phonebuff's debunked robotic arm gimmick.
Here you are again refusing to admit when you are proven wrong in face of the evidence.

It's OK to admit you were wrong about something. Leave your ego at home.

              IpsDisplay, 17 Jul 2020ExactlyExactly ??
Are you saying Benchmarks are theoretical ?
              Benchmarks are more practical.

The only problem with benchmark is not the problem within the benchmark, The problem is within the manufacturers(mostly chinese) as they tend to cheat in benchmark(almost all MediaTek SoC based devices cheat in benchmark). I hope you know how they cheat.
This is why we don't take benchmark score seriously.

But you should also know that AnandTech usually use customized version of benchmark app so that phones can't cheat. So, their results are more trustworthy.

You can't really say Mali is good just based on that.

Unity or Unreal are the core thing for games. Mali is slow as **** on these.

You are so ignorant that you don't know that you can't simply compare 2 phone by fps.

2 phones with different SoC doesn't render the game same quality.
For example, The highest gfx setting in Huawei might be same as the 2nd highest setting in SD 865 based phone. Android games aren't like PC games.

Also quit giving stupid video links. Who cares about those youtubers ?
500 views on a video and you refer that as source.
This clearly reflect your cheap mentality.

Here is a true proof that SD 865 is more efficient than Kirin 990 5G.
                          https://www.anandtech.com/show/15603/the-samsung-galaxy-s20-s20-ultra-exynos-snapdragon-review-megalomania-devices

SN: Here only Kirin 990 4G data available which is more efficient than it's 5G version.

Still in performance and efficiency Apple SoC is the king.
Kirin has almost half the GPU efficiency of the Leader A13 bionic.
And yet here we're debating on Kirin whether it is more efficient or not.

PlayStation games, Xbox etc on smartphones

Why this is relevant is because most emulators are only optimized for Andreno GPUs from qualcomm

So when a Mali gpu performs well on them even while getting no optimization is speaks volumes of the the raw improvement on performance

This is why you can handle the fact that paper champ A13 gets owned in the real world.
