Well i blocked all calls which wee burden to me.
For example when i hear other network company than one i use i blocked it after a call and so it will never burden me again.
I have to agree, I have had just about every major carrier there is. the bigger carriers have always been expensive. I could not even afford them 10 years ago. I may pay a little more now than alot of carriers. not much more. but I have never in 20 years had better customer service than I have with T-Mobile. that makes it worth every penny to me. just saying!!!!
Lol. I do not work for T-Mobile, just a long time happy customer. I am not picking on a particular carrier, just how this industry is changing for good. Go ahead, laugh at me for being with a company that for years struggled to catch up with the other guys. Yep, they had, and still have, better coverage in some places, but the playing field is leveling by the hour. So, for those who laughed at me I have one thing to say to you all, "You're Welcome!" Yes you can thank me and others who supported the business model, sometimes painfully, for the greater good. As a result, the former CEO John Legere(does anyone know the name of the CEO of their carrier) was out in front, communicating with employees, customers, business owners, the FCC, to build the company from the brink of a sell off, to the company that has caused pain to the other carriers, by conducting business fairly, making the customer experience great, fair pricing, vastly improved coverage, and the list goes on, to now being a leader in the cellular industry. By the way, for all of you that enjoy things like, unlimited talk and text(no more 45 cents a minute for going over like the others), Wi-Fi calling, unlimited data, not paying $10-20 everytime you went 1 megabit over your limit, Global calling where you can use your phone anywhere in the world and actually afford it, and more, I also say, "You're Welcome"! We enjoued fhose things for years before you did because T-Mobile innovated and implemented thém long before you ever heard about them. The reason you have them now is because people complained to their carrier, "why don't we have that?". Now you have it. Yes T-Mobile is telling you about a new feature that is not really new. They have been building and building to get this scam software as close to perfect as possible BEFORE telling you, instead of touting a service they want to SELL you before it has matured. Customers please call and ask why you are paying for caller ID scam when T-Mobile is giving it away. Imagine the money they will lose. It's ok they have been more expensive for years. You have paid plenty already. Though I will say if you are with another carrier and you are paying less now than you were for the same or better plan features, I say, "You're Welcome". Oh yeah, better plans with lower pricing, T-Mobile started that too. So rather than laugh, I say to you, no matter who you are with for cellular service, WE ALL WIN. Cellular service is now an essential service for everyone. It's the one service that has COME DOWN in price for EVERYONE as a result of T-Mobiles aggression. Go back and look at the checks you wrote 5 or 10 years ago for cellular service. It is shocking. Enjoy MORE FOR LESS regardless of your carrier, but tip your cap to those that took a risk so we can all afford this. We are now able to supply out kids, grandma and grandpa, everyone can have a phone!!!!!!
I have T-Mobile and could care less about this. Will not be downloading the bloat ware app
Or you know, since the identity of the owner of the subscription is already known, we could just BAN users who used mobile service to scam from having access to phone service for a starting time, lets say one year, doubling each times, and systematically flagging any new numbers this person get as potential scam, it would calm down a lot of them.
But as usual capitalism made companies prefer keeping those as customers because it give them money.
