the race will never end ...
- driven by power hungry apps, advertised as for the betterment of mankind, actually mankind doesn't even care, the government and big conglomeration are actually care
- more and even more powerful processors and components
- require more active cooling
- more battery capacity
- more faster charging speed to serve the ever growing impatient lifestyle
- before mankind even realize ... the charging power beats the power required for professional saloon pro hair dryer, or professional kitchen multi burner oven eith high intensity lamp and blower, thats over than 2500 VA power

I personally don't care. All I care is to have a big battery that is slow to charge. I'm charging my phone overnight anyways.

I think 30 watt realme tech is good enough as it is in market for long time and cheap enough for midrange phones also its reliable . And most android phones provide good charging speed for daily charging . Less than 1 hour charging times are good for 4000mah battery and most phone provide that in affordable range. And if faster charging comes with 10-15min charging time for full battery I would gladly accept it if it is safe and does not affect much the battery life in longer run.

Now if only there was an option to charge the batteries separately thru a charging cradle. All that while allowing ip68 protection for the phone.

Wait...

I prefer bigger batteries with some 18W charging over smaller batteries with 100W

Fast charging is important no matter the device, but having wireless one is the future. Unlike audio which is still the best sounding in wired mode.

I'd prefer the batteries that would last longer or screens wouldnt be so power consuming, but it seems that it is easier to land on the mars than it is to create a new battery technology.
Kids nowadays wouldnt believe that back in the days our "phones" lasted days and weeks sometimes, price of "progress" it seems.
Peace

For me if having a 100+ watts of fast charging sacrifice the lifespan of a battery by a year then,No thanks.
I'd rather stick to 18w to 30w of fast charging just to make sure my battery's lifespan will not be damage
