-Looks cheap
Conclusion: Not as durable as glass (but with significantly better fall protection)

Plastic can also be glass fibre fortified for better heat dissipation as well
Not to mention other heat pipe etc work around
Plastic is the undisputed champ and is the most practical material

Make your entire homework if you plan to. Metal is better every day and night and is not so expensive to manufacture. Adding glass to question is meh if is there or not, unless it offers the wireless charging. The must have in a 500$ phone is to have metal body/aluminium frame.

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2020If the back is plastic how does it support wireless charging? Plastic back supports wireless charging. The only thing that doesn't support wireless charging is a full metal body because the metals will conduct electricity all over it. Plastic and Glass are not conductors so the electricity can flow through it.
