Fitbit send some steps to try and see if issue can be resolved , nothing worked , Fitbit did not offer me any discount to purchase a new watch and that was the end of the story
I’ve got Fitbit 2hr and verse both died within 6 months, Fitbit haven’t been helped at all
I've had my charge 3 for over 2 years and have never had a problem. Fitbit has a generous return policy. My son lost his and they sent him another one for free.
my first charge 3 got lines through it couldn't read the screen now my replacement one is doing the same thing .

It was still logging on the app (when it recognised the device). She's changed to a Samsung smart watch which is what I'll be doing when my Charge 3 dies.
I have charge 3 for 1 year. Fitbit stopped record my steps and sleep and the face is blank.

I’m on my second charge 3 (only because the first one was damaged in a car wreck. I love it and am looking forward to checking out the upgrade.
My charge 3 won't tell the time. It hasn't worked correctly even after resetting on computer.
I have a Charge 2 and a Charge 3. No problems with my charge 2 except a cracked screen. The charge 3 battery won't last 12 hours. Hell I even have the original Charge which still works. Fitbit skipped on quality with the Charge 3.

Ray Bel, 25 Jul 2020they have 2 year guarantee so just go back to fitbit and they will send you a new one.No they don't have a 2 year guarantee. My watch started freaking out last week. And fitbit did nothing but offer me 25% off a new watch. I have only had my watch for a year and a half.
