I’m on my 3rd Charge 3. Yes, I had problems with my first two, but Fitbit has been wonderful and replaced them at no cost.

I have had 3 fitbits, i had trouble with all of them. The last was a chatge 3 that lasted about 16 months then completely died. I am very disappointed in the quality and dont plan to ever purchase another.

Fitbit is awesome! I had a blaze and it was used and it lasted more than a year, now I just bought an iconic and its sweet as ever .definitely worth it

How about they just make them better do they last longer than 3-6 months before the seven dies?

Fitbit send some steps to try and see if issue can be resolved , nothing worked , Fitbit did not offer me any discount to purchase a new watch and that was the end of the story

I’ve got Fitbit 2hr and verse both died within 6 months, Fitbit haven’t been helped at all

I've had my charge 3 for over 2 years and have never had a problem. Fitbit has a generous return policy. My son lost his and they sent him another one for free.

my first charge 3 got lines through it couldn't read the screen now my replacement one is doing the same thing .

It was still logging on the app (when it recognised the device). She's changed to a Samsung smart watch which is what I'll be doing when my Charge 3 dies.

My charge 3 won't tell the time. It hasn't worked correctly even after resetting on computer.
