I have a Charge 2 and a Charge 3. No problems with my charge 2 except a cracked screen. The charge 3 battery won't last 12 hours. Hell I even have the original Charge which still works. Fitbit skipped on quality with the Charge 3.

Had knee replacement surgery, went to get my fitbit charge off the charger a few days later and the screen is totally black. Tried all their fixes and none work. Ray Bel, 25 Jul 2020they have 2 year guarantee so just go back to fitbit and they will send you a new one.No they don't have a 2 year guarantee. My watch started freaking out last week. And fitbit did nothing but offer me 25% off a new watch. I have only had my watch for a year and a half.

Got my Charge 3 back in April, hasn't skipped a beat since the first time I wore it, I haven't been able to download this update yet, but, in my opinion, the only reason why things break, are because their owners don't take proper care of them.

Type the problem in Google, do not look for an answer in the Fitbit apps. Someone in google found a way to fix it. I forget how but I follow their directions and now can see my Fitbit even outside which was a problem when running or even walking.

Haven’t even had my Fitbit 3 a year and the screen has gone grey with lines down it so can hardly read it. Can’t seem to fix it so stuck with it now.

My Charge 3 has never functioned properly each day has a different problem & now Fitbit have stopped email assistance making you phone up. What a waste of money & poor customer service

Mine had a couple of dead pixel lines and Fitbit sent a brand new replacement.

So Dim , cannot read it outdoors and it won’t always refresh onto my I pad or I Phone , first strap broke after 5 months . A good supplier in Katikati on Trademe , very good price .

Since from last update my charge 3 doesn't show my heart rate. It shows resting all the time. I am not able to change it !

I bought mine at costco and had trouble 3 months after I bought it. At one time I had this red light on it all the time. Now the battery last 24 hours.

I want the clock face on all the time. Just two friggen lines would do. Every time I look at my Fitbit to get the time it is a black brick, even when I trust my wrist. I have to make this ridiculous motion to light up the face. Let me decide if the drain on my battery life is worth it. The customer!

I love my FITBIT Charge 3, as I have loved each of its predecessors, beginning with the simple lozenge shaped step counter I used to wear in my bra. My Charge 3 is dependable, versatile, talented, and almost good looking too. I wonder what comes next?
