Lenovo and Asus took it this week; potentially even this month. Asus improved SO much on the software (controlling charging is fantastic) and Lenovo shocked the world with its pricing and having much more LTE bands than usual.

I won't be excited for the Note 20 series at all this year. Still waiting on the Zenfone 7 Pro, IQOO 3 Pro, and Huawei Mate 40X (hoping).
