They entered flagship area way too soon. Their camera processing still has way to go before it can come close to what real flagships offer. As flawed as Samsung and Apple are in last few years thier image/video processing is still one of the best.
All that hype and airtime hogging...

Yes plastic breaks! With case he should try to bend and I am sure it can withstand. Still Oneplus could have avoided this with a metal frame! It won’t cost a fortune!

Ofc they had to cut corners on durability.
I know OnePlus can't be trusted anymore, to provide a phone worth the price.
There are always some flaws with their phones in last years. It would be all good
If prices were 20-25 % lower, but they lost their ways.
The fans are the ones saving OnePlus from going under the bus.
Remember, they want to convince the *whole world* that this is a "flagship killer" when even the bug ridden red headed stepchild Pixel 3A is built much more robustly.
HTC didn't even fall back this far, seems like OP didn't learn their lesson from the lukewarm OnePlus X.
