Not so fast !! While there might be figures showing downloads, this also include updates to apps. Netflix is being installed as bloatware on a lot of phones..eg. with Samsung's' latest update(I did not want the Netflix app, now cant uninstall it)..this also helps to racks up the numbers. This does not truly reflect the number users who want Netflix....fudge the numbers to drive up stock values and hopes of signing up people due to the app being on their phones(unsolicited marketing)!

Anonymous, 29 Jul 2020Exactly they use tricks like these. All Android TVs come with Netflix pre-installed. Note 10s and s20s has this app pre instated I think even Facebook doing the same more bloatware added to android smh.

Netflix surely has good quality shows, but it ignores price sensitive markets like India, where Netflix is way overpriced than Prime and support for limited users. Though Prime and Netflix cater different audiences, i like the fact of Prime that it can be used in more than 4 devices and offers a wide range of services other than video streaming.

Anonymous, 29 Jul 2020Ozark,Peaky Blinders, Narcos, House of Cards, Darkexcept dark, none of those were good after 4 seasons (that is, if they lasted that long). They would slot around westworld or GOT(including the final seasons), not the aforementioned ones

I also love Netflix, there are several movies/TV series that I like. In my region, Netflix is more popular than Vidio, Hooq.

Anonymous, 29 Jul 2020Find me one on tier of breaking bad, wire, sopranos, band of brothers, mad men or chernobyl. All those shows are from different networks and companies, so not good to pull best shows from different companies band compare them to Netflix.

Netflix is a single company.

[deleted post]I agree Netflix has garbage content, Amazon prime is much better.
Netflix is focusing more on quantity rather than quality.
