/edit: my bad, not the same - Oppo has significantly worse battery (4,015 mAh vs 5,020 mAh) and 2MP macro sensor instead of 5MP one on Redmi. What a buy!

Checkout malaysia Oppo FB page. There is another version of reno 4 with 90hz superamoled 4 camera in a line 720g sd and 65w charger.
