This is a screen protector...i have the same screen protector for my Xiaomi Mi 10 pro and i have a normal front camera. The screen protector just covers the whole front.

If there is full display on front, I will buy this phone. If there are cut-outs (which I can't stand) I'll probably skip Mate 40.

It's the cover glass, so no hole either.
