A71 screen, plastic back and 4300 battery, when even the cheap M31 has a very good battery and all of this for just 1000 euros in my country ? Sammy really lost it this year, they smoked too much bad stuff. This will flop just like S20 series.

There should be a minimum of 5 years, & no excuses for flagship lines which now cost around £€$1,000.
But Samsung has been improving & is close.

It made me sad when I heard lower blue light the original note 10 was so yellow tinted that I had to send it back and that's after attempting to calibrate the settings it was just unfixable

What's up with those hideous colours? Note 10s Aura colours were stunning. And this ad just looks and sounds terrible... Like an ad for a budget phone. I don't really like apple but their launch videos are so much more professional.

Did the Aura Glow not sell well on the Note 10 or something? Because those colour options suggest running away from what seemed to be a big Note 10 selling point. (And one I'd have been very tempted by if I was in the flagship market...)

No doubt that the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be a sexy phone, but the company needs to have its security updates on par with Apple. If you're going to be paying $1000+ (USD) for these phones, the phones SHOULD be supported longer.
