I think this is good news for potential customers.This way we'll buy device online,at the price in China,without overpaying 50-60% more,usually,when it hits Europe.Many resellers will be angry,though... We'll just have to wait for few weeks,or a month,for Xiaomi to release a stable Global Rom for EU...

280$ is amazing this shows how greedy samsung is, lol if they give me the garbage exynos 990 (note 20) wich heats like crazy and throttles by 100k in 15min or less with plastic back and 60hz and this beast I will choose surely the k30 ultra, yes a 280$ is better than a samsung note 20 1049$
Lol 280$ is the same price as the m30s garbage even the A71 is garbage for its price 420$ here in my country, Lol you can get a realme x2 pro for that price

Don't know about developer community for Mediatek but if Redmi series with Mediatek can get gcam and EU ROM, these two devices shouldn't be a problem.

Of course it's not coming out of China.
The price is unbelievable !
I don't think Xiaomi is making any profit out of these 2 devices.
Judging the specs I can say the parts cost(excluding all other cost) of Mi 10 ultra is ~500$.
So, selling that phone at 800$ isn't going to give any profit to them.
If the Mi 10 ultra comes out globally.
12GB+256GB is going to cost 1199$ at least.
