Chinese don't usually care about the newest and affordability since they have abundant of new and cheap high techs in their country. Maybe resellers but these people are used by other resellers from outside China just to buy the new release. Other countries are more interested in buying than people from China.

Though it's possible to launch big amount of devices for some brands and models, it takes some job to do.

abroad it will take months for them to have sufficient stock as they usually a long time to even be able to meet demand in China for their most popular models. It took 6-8 weeks for them to meet demand for the mi10 series in China which was a big seller for them
And yet every Chinese person has an iPhone. Hmmm...

There were over 300,000 bookings on Jingdong alone. Of course most buyers were Chinese with maybe some foreigners living in China as these sites ship domestically. What makes you think most buyers weren't from China?
