Any phone with OTG support... moreTBH nobody really cares for charging other device via a phone - not using USB and not using reverse charging. Maybe for headphones, if you are lazy to plug the case from time to time, other than that the point just ridiculous, simply because you are lowering battery life on a device that does not have a good battery life and it's probably more important to have phone charged than you headphones.

Why haven't Samsung put at least a 6000mAh battery in their "flagship" phones ? It wouldn't increase the thickness more than approximately 1.5mm.

Wait, how come gou talkabout reverse charging as it was a big deal? Any phone with OTG support has reverse charging. The redmi note 3 had a max of 2amps(though voltage went down to about 4.6v). Surely 2amps is enough and likely all phones support that.
