What should i do?
When you have that situation that you put the phones back in the case and they don't disconnect from the phone:
The workaround I found is to take them of the case, hook the charger cable in the case, then put the headphones back on the case and close it. I don't have the same set but had the same issue, works every time it doesn't disconnect.

I put them in the box and turned them in the pairing mode for a few times (paired them, unpaired them, put them in the pairing mode or factory settings idk, pair them, unpaired them and so on, like 3-5 times), and it's fixed know. You can try it if it works for you too. I hope that I helped you. (I don't know if it was exactly this process that fixed it, but it was something like this).

Unable to to charge the Right one :(I have same problem the tws worked for 4 month after that the right side didnt charge and the red buttom always flash. there is a problem with manufacturing unit. i have searched the internet and the problem is same with others as well. really disappoint with honor for making such a awful product for the customer.

Hi, I've been using mine like 6 months..no problems at all..But now just out of nowhere..They stop pairing each other..in my phone i see..two wirless earbuds and since u can connect to one device only one works at a time..if u know how to reconnect them..pls let me know..(and factory reset doesn't work)

something weird about these earbuds is that you can't manually turn them off the only way is to put them in the case or let them stay on pairing mode for a few minutes and they will turn off. I believe the first way is causing battery problems(as reported by many users) since the earbuds will start charging as soon as they are in the case and you are forcing them to charge even when their battery isn't really low. if you do this on a regular basis you are more likely to face some battery problems. I recommend that when you are done using your earbuds just turn off your bluetooth and let them stay on pairing mode so they would turn off. only put them in the case when their battery is really low like under 20 percent or so. still if anyone knows a way to turn them off manually please inform us.Thanks
I bought mine like a month ago, everything was fine until a couple of days ago when the "L" discharged before de "R". That had never happened, so I was scared and I put them in the box to charge them, but then the "L" started to blink in red. I left them in the box to charge completly and then I used them again, but the "L" still discharge first. Any recommendation?:(
Been using them for three months now. Battery lasts for about 6 hours still, sound is great, never had a problem with connection, even they fit me okay, although i do have to adjust them every once in a while. But for a 35$ there just isnt a better deal.

Every review I have read says that the noise cancellation is very good. I keep getting complaints every single time that the noise from the background is too loud and the can't hear me. Awful choice.
Hello, I've got a little different problem with my R earbud. Everything works good, but the R earbud plays somehow more quiet than the L one. I don't know how it is possible, because both of them have never been damaged. I use them only one month, so I haven't expected anything like this. I'd appreciate any tips. If nothing will help, I'd probably make a reclaim. Thank you... (BTW I'm sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker. Jist still learning... 😄)

If you are having problem to charge clean the contacts (on the buds and case) with a nail careffuly. It seems it forms some kind of film in the contacts preventing the buds to charge. You have to make sure that that when you put the buds in the charge case the leds are not blinking. When charging the white led n the buds stay on, if its blinking its not charging and you need to clean.
Same issue here, ive only used the earbud for 2 weeks, then all of a sudden the left earbud just don't want to connect anymore. It still lights up when i take it out off the case and when you tap on it, it gives off a tapping sound. Also the left earbud says "battery low" even charged for 5 hours :
