What a pathetic "update". My browser of choice for over a decade, I was willing to overlook their woke sermons on everything from firing their CEO for his personal opinions on marriage, to their unbelievably laughable decision that the term "Master Password" is super bad, to their constant messages on my home page that they support the BLM movement - I could overlook all this nonesense from a browser that has NO business doing anything other than letting me BROWSE, as long as their browser had the functions that set it apart from other browsers. Once an underdog, they now have removed BASIC features of an internet browser in an attempt to be more like the competitors that users like me have dropped in favor of Firefox in the first place. Their asshole replies to complaints are telling: golly, that feature [that you had for years] hasn't been implemented yet". Yes, Mozilla, it HAS been implemented, but you removed it. Stop lying. I agree with others, bud add this: THEY OBVIOUSLY FIRED THE WRONG EMPLOYEES.

Worse decision ever to trust the update as no going back. So Chrome it will be until they fix the Android version. Can't even see the back button on my tablet.....

I agree, the new Firefox is a huge POS!
No home page? Scrambled the order of my bookmarks? Opens a new tab for every different site?
Immediately switching to Chrome. Way to go Mozilla. Boneheads!

When a programmer takes away the #1 staple of a browser - what would you like your homepage to be? - that browser has comitred suicide.

Not one member in the family like the latest version of firefox on our phone it used to be so easy to use our bookmarks and now requires a bunch of steps and also it looks more like a 20 year old version of Chrome....at least give us the option to stick with the old version...the rest of the family have switched to chrome but I would like and hope Firefox can give me the old layout

Have used firefox for years and was fine. However having given the latest update a good try I can't believe how a good product can be trashed to be virtually unusable. Uninstalled and now use Opera which is head and shoulders better than firefox.

I agree with the majority of the commenters, this new update to Firefox for Android sucks. It has no advantages and makes the app significantly less easy to use.

How do I un-update on my Galaxy Tab? This is really buggy, weird and terrible. Where did my tabs go? I can't upload pictures on Twitter anymore (I tweet in Firefox because I can block ads, which you can't do in their annoying Twitter ap.) It's just very resistant to anything I try to do on it. Any suggestions for a better browser?

New android version is like relearning how to use the web again. I'm not, and this despite being a user since the Netscape days. Can't contact them to let them know. Sad to have to do it but I am dumping it.

The only reason I even used Firefox on Android was so I could use add-ons. Forcing the update on millions of users *and then* re-enabling add-ons is completely backwards, it should have been in beta until they could enable all the old add-ons.

Totally off... no shortcuts, no buttons, no new tabs... Are there people being paid for such layout decisions, really? And then supervisors give a OK go? really? Such a waste of time.. deleting this, getting another browser...
