It is dumb to have vibration on everytime you press touch screen.
Waste of power and it makes noise.

Anonymous, 26 Aug 2020Why do ppl need it? A good vibration motor improves user experience. Sony are trailing behind Apple, LG, Google, Samsung and even OnePlus when it comes to haptic feedback.

There is a site called SONY ALPHA RUMORS, that talks about their cameras.
One reader send to the site info about sony making a hybrid of 1ii and RX100 mark 7 with EVF, Lan connection etc ...
And its development would be announced soon.

Hopefully the side rails are flat like the 1 ii.
And if it is below 6 inches, because of that 21:9 ratio, this phone will be extremely narrow, i expect about 64-66mm width. (Original 5 was 68mm) I wonder how typing experience will be like.

I always save all judgement for Sony phones until after the price is revealed. I think Sony still mostly makes good products, but they're very very proud of them.

Unlike 960fps gimmick lack of ToF can hurt.

+Same as you, with latest patch I have yet to experience freezing, but sadly the new patch broke proximity sensor and it's not realiable at all. I often end up with muted mic during call.

I have a feeling that Xperia 5 II probably acts nearly like Sony's A7 IV, while Xperia 1 II acts similarly to speed-demon A9 / A9 II. Just my two cents here, we'll see more later on.

5,6 to 5,8 inches would leave a nice size gap for a possible 3 with a 6,2 inch screen, as rumors said they're bringing back the premium, normal and compact models.
