Btw folks, some sources mention AMOLED. Just saying. I mean it's not all known yet for sure what exactly this'll be. 144Hz they say. Other I won't guess.

Not really the best option, but since it's coming to India, and if it is all black, and at 35k as reported, i'd definitely buy it. would've preferred the OVC sensor rather than HMX, but still could be good if bigger sensor than the Mi 10 pro. Better than importing a 90k Mi 10 ultra.

The panel doesn't have to be necessarily LCD just because of missing in screen fingerprint sensor. For example Zenfone 7 Pro has OLED (amoled) screen with side power button working as a fingerprint sensor too.

LCD is not a garbage. it still has its benefit but its not the ... morehey dude...the main principle of pixel ilumunation remains the same....today's production process has been making OLED panels cheaper and more accesible now to midrange phones...the main point here is:
"a good OLED panel is not so different than a good LCD panel (in 2010 or 2020)"
The 99% of people talk about "LCD as garbage" and that same people only use their smartphones for IM, Email, Youtube video consumption, take/view some photos and younger ones heavy Fortnite play. They can't even tell if a video comes from OLED or LCD panel 2 feet away from the screen (using a 2010 or 2020 smartphone). THAT'S MY POINT!!! they hear something and repeat it as a TRUTH!!! At the end everything is a matter of taste or money in the pockets!!!!!

LCD does not mean lower quality images...both techonolgies has advantages and disadvan... moreThanks for the tech info but I still think my photos look way better on my AMOLED display than they have ever done on previous phones I've used that had an LCD display. Maybe it's more power saving and less prone to tint issues but I still prefer image quality over these things.
