Android Play Store for gaming not enough to be tested using new mid range smartphone. I think, the alternative for testing smartphone capable much to do that things is install emulator PS 2, Citra, Dolphin, then test several games of Nintendo Wii, Nintendo 3DS. If those games are 60 fps 99% running all the time, then the smartphone can be said very very capable running console games.

By the way Free Fire is capped at 60fps because this game is targeted for lower-end phone users. On lowest presets the graphics are extremely bad. A quad core (ex. SD400, MTK Helio A22) can even run the game smoothly at that setting, while at maximum preset, only a SD710 phone is required.
Free Fire does not have HDR otherwise no one would gift Alok the DJ and this game is shut down. It has the 8-bit graphics title.
