The Find X2 was a premium device, and came in at about 1200 dollars at launch, compared to the Nord's 400. If you ask me, I think OnePlus needs to put up more Competition at the 700 dollar price point, a high spec device with great build quality and few draw backs. I'm not sure if Oppo would be able to do this, Realme or Xiaomi still rule 400-700 price point. :)

It's almost impossible for a small completely independent company to achieve success in this industry as they don't have access to the same economies of scale. Basically, all the the new successful brands in recent years are just spin offs from an existing larger company

Anonymous, 02 Sep 2020What are you talking about. The OnePlus Nord is a rebranded Realme x50 pro, not an oppo at alli said "oneplus has been recycling oppo's phones since the r series"

read again and again until you comprehend it.

then research again and again until you get it.

The Nord is not a high-end device as the Find X2. About the One Plus 8 I never heard it has a weak built quality, but to be honest I never used OnePlus, maybe you had so you have a better feedback.

Oneplus has been recucling oppo's designs since the r series of oppo. They just replaced the chipset from midrange to flagship. Even vooc tech was used by oneplus. Realme also uses vooc. Design-wise, they've used some of oppo's hundreds of phone designs released.

                          What else is new?

So they've made it official that they copy & rebrand each other's products. Well, the smart consumers already knew that, especially with the Nord..

                                Nothing surprising in the news.
It was known fact that all are same but just they were not accepting it publicly.

At least One+ have never officially accepted it's connection with OPPO VIVO REALME.

If one sees all of them have nearly same designs with just branding and few changes in internals( REALME changing design of its back panels) and passing on same OS under different names.

Very soon even VIVO will be included.
