I bought the Zenfone 6. Now Asus tells me VoLTE is not enabled nor will it ever be. That means my phone will be useless just a little over a year after I bought it. It isn't that they can't do it. They enabled VoLTE in India. They either just don't want to or want to use the situation to force a new purchase.
Either way, I no longer trust Asus.
Headphone jack isn't big deal. Wireless headphones, no messy wires. Phone is awesome
God only know when this will on Flipkart
As all phone are out off stock s for past 3mts
Anonymous, 07 Sep 2020Same. Would have bought it but ASUS doesn't seem to like USA for some reason. It's because of the way Americans buy phones. Manufacturers need to have carrier deals or they won't sell. And getting carrier deals is expensive and time consuming.

Zenfone7 is a miss for me biggest issues I see with it are the price and the lack of headphone jack I also don't like the flip camera as with the 6 it's was really floppy and the same issue hasn't been able to be addressed minus the case I think they could of done some kind of hardware fix to stop in in place and also have a no flip setting as well as more often times than not I have my phone camara open then while it's laying on the table it struggles to open making a awful noise I'm sure it doesn't hurt it but would rather the phone stop if it feels resistance rather than continuing to try open any way to wrap it up I think a better option for right now is the Motorola one 5g only flaw I see with that one is the memory is 4 g rather than the 6 we see with the 7 but other than that it has headphone jack good camara set up 5g support latest processor and a neat price tag of 500 bucks will be watching the Motorola one 5g for sure
PepperPot, 06 Sep 2020You kept your phone over 3 years? I salute you. I'm pushing for two years, but I am on... morei can not justify spending US$800 each year for a new phone, based on it's longevity which is probably around 2 and half years for me, when the manufacturer stop releasing new security updates, most likely a new phone for me, at the moment, using P30 pro purchased last year, i expect to be using this phone until end of 2022
On the other hand, i would not mind spending US$700 or more on a high resolution digital audio player or playstation 5 (currently own a ps4 pro) or laptop as i know get at least 6-7 years usage from it.
Sir plzzz give me a zenfone 7
Because I have max m2 pro

So disappointed they are not going to bring it to north america. Was definitely going to buy this phone, but I can't.

Not a enough good value for the mon... moreWhile I'm not the biggest fan of the phone, it has all-around better specs than the original OnePlus 8 (expanded memory, an actual telephoto cam, all-display with no cutouts, etc). As for the pro, you are paying more at least for the better wide-angle cam, IP68, and wireless charging. Just depends on your needs.

OP 8 Pro has a lot of purple/ green tint issues in the display & that useless 4th camera that does some X-Ray vision thing..
Zenfone will have no display issues as they are using a Samsung AMOLED 90 Hz panel
Damn 800 euros, i can get an Oneplus 8 pro por that money. Not a enough good value for the money in europe.

It's a shame they had to make it bigger than the ZF6.
