This is a good phone for google fans and a great phone for google and android users.
All bugs in Android are usually corrected by pixel users for a better versions for samsung and other android phones.

Only the spec nerds really care about that stuff. Most people care about the camera, people able to store a lot of photos and fast internet.
Other than that...cost savings to the phone manufacturer. If the chip manufacturer says it cost X for the brand new high end chip...and it costs X Minus 40% for the mid-range chip...and 99% of your users don't have any idea of the difference...which would you use if you were a manufacturer

People were happy with Pixel 4a pricing (350$). Now, Pixel 5 priced at 630$ should have IP rating, 90Hz screen, larger battery, 5g support, better processor, UW camera and everybody is crying because of price. Hardware upgrades are not for free.

630€ for midrange device , what are smoking google ? Snapdragon 765 , plastic build , and no ultrawide camera and i thought they would be serious this year and present some competitive devices but nothing changed

Could be a great deal if there isn't any bugs, since the camera software is so good, if there is an ultrawide + a telephoto, IP ratong and wireless charging this could be a great competitor in the US and in the Europe

600+ euro for a beta phone? What are they smoking at Google? It's not worth more than 250 euro, since the users needs to help correcting flaws that should have been fixed before launch. And for that reason, it is a fully launched beta phone.
